The 6MM Solid Alternating Mariner Chain alternates a long mariner link with a short one, each divided by a center bar. The alternation breaks up the run so the chain reads as a pattern rather than a uniform rope. At 30 to 107 grams depending on purity and length, it spans everyday wear through full statement weight.
The center bars hold every link open and flat, so the chain lies in a continuous band rather than twisting. The alternating lengths then give it a visual cadence that a single-size mariner does not have.

If you’re unable to visit a showroom, solid-gold and diamond jewelry without delicate or porous stones can be cleaned in a small bath of warm water with a few drops of Dawn dish soap. Gently agitate the piece to loosen oils and dirt, rinse thoroughly, and dry with a soft, lint-free cloth.
